From the Beginning of a heart call to today…

JULY 2011

Initial heart for B2THEWORLD was birthed

Founder completed Doctor of Ministry, Global Christianity and Development

JANUARY 2013 - MAY 2016

JULY 2014

Leading at the Kigali International Community School

DECEMBER 2016

First associates for B2THEWORLD begin serving

JUNE 2017

First informal board meeting in Alexandria, Virginia

OCTOBER & NOVEMBER 2017

Team formed to move mission forward; $25,000 pledged for first 3 years

JANUARY 2018

First legal board meeting held and hosts its first launch event in McLean, Virginia

Launch event held in Austin Texas; first physical donation is received; the first staff officially come on board

FEBRUARY 2018

MARCH 2018

Named as an owner of Kigali International Community School (KICS)

NOVEMBER 2018

Hosts inaugural Global Educators Gathering.

FEBRUARY 2019

1023 form prepared to file for 501c3 (nonprofit tax exemption) status in the US

MAY 2019

Launches its second partnership with an educational nonprofit in Pakistan.

KICS purchases 21.75 acres of land.

JULY 2019

20 students are sponsored to go to college in Pakistan

SEPTEMBER 2019

First site visit to Pakistan

2020

Grew to serving 1,081 students

2021

Started partnerships with Sudan and Project Global.
